Open letter to Ashley “Crybaby” Cole
Dear Ashley Cole,
Shut up. Stop writing books you think people will care about. We don’t care.
Why are you so angry at Arsenal? You went behind their backs and met with some of their biggest opposition and got busted!
As far as I’m concerned you got exactly what you deserved. You disrespected Arsenal by meeting with Chelsea to discuss the possibilty of moving there. Then you are all upset that Arsenal fans didn’t support you, and Arsenal staff didn’t coddle you like they did Thierry Henry?
No matter. I’m sure you and SWP will have plenty of time to discuss the fate of your England careers from Chelsea’s bench.

As far as I am concerned it is all a big F*#$@-fest. The player with do it to the club if he can and the club will most certainly do it to the player if they possibly can. Get a clue people, loyalty left the sports world back in the 70′s and 80′s, There is very rarely loyalty in business. I found this out the hard way and naively back in the early 80′s when I worked very hard for a company and they then in return laid me off. That doesn’t mean that I still don’t work hard for my company, quite contrary. But I know now that business is business and bottom line is bottom line. We are all expendable and athletes are probably more so than most regular employees. They are pieces of meat that are exchanged around and used until they no longer are wanted for there services or are all used up, crippled and lame. It’s just the way of the world as cruel as that may be. It is just amplified with the athlete.

I just find it odd that Cole would be so surprised that he lost the trust of the team and the fans after the tapping up scandal. Duh, Cole.
The other thing that made me go hmmmm was that Ashley Cole seems to consider himself and Henry on the same level, and I’m not sure I agree with that.
