Video: U.S. 2-1 Uruguay, U-20 World Cup

Be sure to watch the video all the way through to see the handbags after the final whistle. I love that Michael Bradley (who is the son of the U.S. Men’s National Team coach, in case you didn’t know) keeps taunting Mathias Cardaccio, who 1) started the whole melee and 2) scored an own goal to tie the game for the U.S. Watch closely to see Bradley screaming, “2-1! 2-1!”

Ah, the sweet sound of the “scoreboard” retort…

Two —— One baby. I have to admit I like to see the troops get a little riled up. Winning games is important, but having the attitude that we owned the game is just as important. Bring on the Austrians.

Thanks for posting. Woulda been great if I could have seen it live, but my cable provider sucks and ESPN deems Under 20s as less important than celebrity softball from Pac Bell Park…

Sean: I’m with you. I e-mailed ESPN this morning, begging them to show the upcoming U-20 matches.
