Farewell for now

I could list all sorts of reasons for stepping aside from ThroughBall.com, not least of which is a desire to shower attention on my nine-month-old but, if I’m being honest, I simply have neither the passion nor the time it takes to do this correctly.

I suspect I’ll see you all again down the road—here or somewhere else completely (oh I’ve got ideas, mister—don’t unsubscribe just yet).

For now, though, I offer you heartfelt thanks for sticking in there with me and making ThroughBall.com an incredibly rewarding experience.

Update: The ThroughBall.com Fantasy Football League is up and running until we give away that new jersey!

Thanks for all the enjoyable reads Josh! Hate to see you go, but as a father of four - I know how priorities change when the little one’s arrive. ThroughBall has always been a favorite and I hope you someday find the time/enthusiasm to return to the SoccerSphere!

Disappointing but I understand. I think you know I’ve been a big supporter since pretty early on. Like the phoenix, from the ashes I do believe something will arise. You just have too much talent.

If nothing else you have made me aware of a ton of other truly awesome websites about the beautiful game (Throughball is very much a part of this ever growing community of loyal supporters). I will miss the insights, but I will keep Throughball in my feedreader, for the future updates.
